How to get a support - full circle

Hi,

So, when I tried to login into my account it asked for PSD2 authentication.

SMS isn't coming, same as voice call.

When i tried to reach customer service over the phone, there i noone there, and I am routed to contact electronically.

But, when I want to contact PayPal electronically I am asked to login... and then I am coming back to PSD2 authentication again.

Full circle...

I would kindly ask anyone in charge for urgent help.
