I have used PayPal recently to print a couple of UPS labels for packages that were unrelated to the sale of an item. I just used the ship-now link. But, the resulting transaction (UPS*INTERNETSHIPWAYBIL) only has a transaction ID, not a tracking number. PayPal said that I had to get that from UPS and gave me a 1-800 number. But you can't get through without a tracking number. How do I get a tracking number from this transaction?
