Once or twice a week I get an error Access "Access Denied You don't have permission to access http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr. I see it has a http but I am using one of the latest Safari / Firefox browsers. My computer is on the latest Mac OS 10.15 with all the updates. No other financial site has issues except PayPal. This happens some days but other days it doesn't. When I use my hotspot on my mobile to connect to the internet, no issues. I also restart my router which sometimes fixes the issue. How do I resolve this permanently
