Hi, I have move from Singapore to Spain and need to delete my old a/c and set up a new one with the same email address but I cant seem to find out how to do it?
You are supposed to withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts and close the account before you leave your old country. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved, as you have found out.
You would need to contact customer services so that they can verify you and hopefully close the old one for you.
