Hello, PayPal limited the access to my account because of lack of infos on my profile. I live in Sweden have an address etc but I don’t have a personal number, and apparently without it I cannot verify my account. I need to contest something that I bought to be refunded, so I cannot just close my account or anything. Does anybody would have a solution? Thank you very much! Bye 👋
