How to change Trading Name to display not the Partnership Name

Hi, I operate a business under a partnership. The trading name has been verified etc and accepted by Paypal. All set up in Settings. But still the partnership name is displaying on all invoices and payment information, not the trading name. This looks really unprofessional.

How can this be changed? I have asked Paypal several times over the last 3 months and they have not given me a response. 

Surely there are others who have had this issue?

Edit the Business Name and Credit Card Statement name via:

Account Settings > About the business > Business Information

Go to Manage Invoice page and navigate over to Settings > Business Information

Unfortunately I already have those settings set up correctly. 

But problems still persist.

The business information displays trading name correctly on the settings page:

Trading name

Credit Card Name

etc

But still, invoices, payment screens show the partnership name, not trading name. Eg at checkout, when sending a payment request, etc

Why is this so hard to change?
