Hello, please help me.
Few days ago I tried to transfer my paypal balance to the local bank (BCA). But yesterday I received an email from paypal that the transfer is failed because the name of my paypal account is not same with my bank account. I dont use my middle name on paypal, that's why.
So I tried to change my paypal account name but it requires a document called deed poll. I dont know what kind of document is that and I'm not sure there's such document like that in Indonesia. Is it possible to use another document like family id card or birth card?
