Hello. How can my account be verified by paypal? Do I only need to send a scanned ID? Is that all? Where should I send it? And, I can't transfer money from paypal to my bank.
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
