How to add beneficial owner and director details

I'm trying to follow through a verification process to unblock our Paypal business account. I've entered the names of beneficial owners and Paypal are asking me for more details. When I enter this I can't seem to save or submit it in any way. So it just disappears when I leave the page.

Very stuck over this - what can I do? is there ever a real person I can email or talk to?

Hi! I have had the same problem when using the Safari browser. I tried using the Chrome browser to add the beneficial owner info etc and then it worked.
