How to add a secondayr address to my account in another country

I live 6 months in Canada and 6 months in USA.  My American addy is on file and when I try to

enter an additional addy it only allows another US addy not a Canadian one. Help!!

Unfortunately you can only add US Addresses to a US PayPal Account.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

The only exception is U.S expats can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts (paypal is a U.S company so they allow their citizens to do this).

You are allowed 2 paypal accounts in both countries BUT 1 has to be a personal account and the other one a business account.
