How to access account when you cant receive a text

Morning All,

Im currently working in New Caledonia working, and have no phone reception at all and I am unable to receive a text to verify the PSD2.

How can I log into my account on a pc? I would change to an auth app, but I cant log in to do it!!

Is there a work around for this, I cant seem to find an email for Paypal, as every comms option requires you to be logged in!!!
