As I want to receive money From a Website which is in US$ but every time they send me my money to PayPal account paypal says this Account not activate. But I fullfill all required documents to PayPal to activate my account. As I'm from INDIA I also Connect my PAN Card No with PayPal. Please Help me out to Resolve this Problem.
