How to Close account with Phone lines down

I need to close my account. On the website they said I have to call the phone line, but they aren’t there because of coronavirus precautions. How can I close my account despite this?

Unless there is a issue with your account that prevents you from closing it yourself for which you will need to contact customer service for assistance, here's the Close account checklist:

1. Resolve any open disputes or account limitations.
2. Zero out the balance.
3. Cancel any active automatic payments.
4. Remove financial info (bank accounts, cards).
5. Go to Settings.
6. Click Close Account under Account Options section.
