Hello, I accidentally upgraded to a personal account. I did not actually want to do this because I don't own a business, but I cannot manually downgrade, and so I can't use my paypal funds anymore without verifying my "info". Please help, this would be a lot of wasted money.

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, scroll down to click CALL US.
