Hi,
PayPal asked to verify my address, and for that, I used my address card, which is issued by authorities, and it does not change unless you live in a new place. Basically, it can not get more official if I want to confirm my address to somebody.
Still, PayPal did not accept it, because the document was issued more than a year ago.
If I can not confirmed my address this way, what is accepted? Should I buy a chocolate and ask for an invoice on my name from a shop? The bills are not under my name.
Please help 🙂
