I have my previous password, it is written on the paper, but it doesn't work. I'm trying to reset it. The system offers 2 ways: send me email and make me call. Choosing first way I receive password then system tells me I should receive phone call. But I do not have access to my old phone number. I can't change it because I haven't access to my account and can't reset password.
