So I have received positive feedback from an Ebay seller about a £200 product, but because I am new to Paypal they are holding my funds for 21 days.
That said I have read that if the transaction has gone smoothly they may release the funds in 7 days.
It has gone smoothly, but how are paypal notified about this? Do I need to get in touch with them?
