I add 2 bank accounts like 4 days already, and it still showing "checking". And the card added, it definitely can't be used. When the time I confirm the card, it said "Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions."
After I contact the bank and settle it by allowing oversea banking, the card still can't be confirmed. What's the problem?
