Im aware this question has been asked many times but im not US im from israel thus my paypal account is an israel paypal account. I never had to verify anything except my card and email I think im not verified. I would like to use my bank as a funding source but I read its only available for verified accounts so thats why I think im not verified. Could anyone please let me know? thanks!
