How do I verify my PayPal account to use on Neevo?

I'm trying to make a little side cash on these survey websites. Neevo is a pretty big one and they require you to link a PayPal account for cash outs, which makes sense most of them do. But this is the first website I've linked my PayPal to that's telling me I need a "Verified PayPal Account". I don't know of any other company that requires this, and I'm not even sure what a "Verified" PayPal account is or how to verify it. I've had this account for years with a linked debit card in my name. Anyone know how to verify an account?

 You can verify your account by either adding and confirming a bank account, or applying for and being approved for a PayPal Credit product.
