Loosing the will to live! I couldn't recover my original username/password as it insists my security questions are incorrect (pretty sure I remember my mother's maiden name and where I was born!). So I tried calling, after finally getting to option 'if you want to speak to an agent' it proceeds to tell me 'sorry we can't take calls at the moment'. Everything else refers to chat/help etc which guess what ... requires you to log in! So I created a new account with a spare email I have only to find out that chat also doesn't work! I just want to unlock/access my 2 old accounts! HELP!
