The self help for this question says:
How do I get the discount rate for charities registered with the CRA?
We only offer the discount rate to charities registered with the Canadian Revenue agency (CRA).
To get the discount rate, please send the following to compliance @ paypal.com
- A Notification of Registration from the CRA.
- A blank and/or void cheque showing the bank account number and organization name.
- Your contact information, including the email address you used to set up your business account.
- Your business URL.
HOWEVER, THE EMAIL ADDRESS compliance @ paypal.com IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE!!!
I sent all that information yesterday, but I got an automated response saying:
Thank you for contacting PayPal.
This email address is no longer available. Please do not reply as the mailbox is not monitored.
