How do I get statements a little older than 24 month.?

I've been able to get copies of most of my 2018 statements, but I can'tr access January 2018 thru May 2018.  Is there a way to get those?

Create a report:

Activity > Statements > Custom > Activity Download

Select Transaction type, date range, customize report fields, and report format.
