How do I get a detailed print out?

Hi guys does anyone know how to get a detailed print out please? I need to be able to see sales,fees & everything linked to it altogether so I can print it off but it just seems to allow me to see each sale individually & I need to print them all off on the same sheet.

Everything you should need is available within PayPal Reports.

Take a look at Statements -> Merchant Processing.  I think that's what you're looking for.
