How do I ensure PayPay uses the balance money before taking money from my personal account?

I manage a PayPal account for a dog rescue charity and selling on eBay.

The treasurer's bank account doesn't have a debit card so my personal card is added to the PayPal account as requested.

When I sell on eBay, the postage is being taken from my personal account each time.

When there is a payment made, it comes out of my personal account too.

This is despite there being monies in the charity's PayPal account.

How do I stop this and ensure the PayPal balance is being used every time?

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your prefered way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.
