How do I close an old Paypal account ?

Moved oversees, closed visa card old 18 year Paypal account was linked to. Recently come to find out there is a small amount of USD on the account.

Cannot access the funds as no USA bank and cannot close account as there is still money!!!  I have a separate mobile Paypal so no longer need old

account. How can I erase it? Can I erase it?

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
