How do I change the Account Type? It is listed incorrectly

My Account Type is listed as Business. This is incorrect. I do not remember setting it up as Business since it is actually just a small private account. I am trying to change it back to a personal account but they keep asking for "proof of business" before I can get my money. I do not have the type of documents they are asking for.

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
