How can i reset my disabled bank account?

I was trying to link my bank account with my paypal account but unforetunately, my bank account was disabled. It happens because i sent the incorrect deposit amount thrice. Therefore, i am struggling on how i can reset back my bank account. I need to make payment urgently...please help

If you entered the wrong code x3 times then you can no longer confirm your bank account that way.
You would need to wait until the phones are up and running again and then ask customer services to add it for you.
They would probably request that you upload a copy of your bank statement to prove ownership of the bank account as you couldn't manage the code method.

As it is known that pay pal call help centers are closed . and they are also not replying on chats since three days .can i add my disabled bank account without their help . i need help urgently.
