A few weeks ago, during the check out process of some website, Paypal seemingly got access to my Facebook account without my permission and I started getting Paypal receipts spammed to me via Facebook Messenger. I immediately unlinked Paypal from Facebook from my Facebook App settings. However, I am still getting receipt spam via Facebook Messenger from Paypal. If I go to change the Notifications tab in Paypal settings on the website, there is no option regarding Facebook there, I just have email and text message notification options.
I do *not* want receipts sent via my Facebook Messenger. I already get email notifications and pop up notifications on my phone, that is enough. I never signed up for this and Facebook and Paypal are no longer linked so Paypal shouldn't be able to even be doing this anyway.
