How can I retrieve an account when Phone # is gone and answers to security questions are forgotten.
I need to retrieve the account of my son. I have created him an account but was not been use for a long time. It still has money on it
but due to phone # and security questions that is gone and forgotten. I can't able to retrieve it back. I already called Paypal support but there is seems to be no solution on my problem. Said I have to wait for 6 months and then they will send me a 1 time code that would let me access the account but there has been no code that is sent.
