How can I combine my two accounts into one account? USA

You can't merge accounts BUT as an email address identifies a paypal account you could try closing one account (removing all cards / bank accounts etc and cancelling all subscriptions) and linking that email to the other paypal account.

You can have up to 8 email addresses on the x1 paypal account.

So, to summarize: 1) You cannot combine two accounts. 2) You cannot change your paypal.me account name 3) Even if you close one account the paypal.me name remains tied to it; therefore, still unavailable to your other account  

There should be a simple solution to this.
