Hi guys,
I'd like to let my company Accountant view all the data on my account but they won't be able to make updates to my business settings, something like that.
How can/should I do it?
Thanks.

Assuming you have a US Business Account:
* The account owner needs to login.
* Click on "Profile".
* Click on "Profile and settings".
* Click on "Account Access".
* Look for "Manage Users" - click on "Update".
There you can add the User, create a User ID (this is not an email address but, a name you create), create a Password for the User and assign the desired permissions. You then provide the User ID and Password to the user - all they need to do is enter that User ID and Password on the PayPal login screen. Only you can change the Password and control the permissions. There's some good info here.
