Hello. I am going crazy here. I have tried for weeks now to unblock my account. Paypal keeps mailing me requests for more information, but there is nowhere to be found on the site where to submit this. Now they ask me to resend again passport copy of second shareholder (already did once) but WHERE IN GODS NAME can I submit it??? This is insane. HELP!
