I withdrew money from my coinbase account and added it to my PayPal. I setup up my PayPal account and linked several debit cards but couldn't link a bank account. I've been calling over a week now and the prompt was they've had to many calls unable to help me at this time. Finally today I spoke with a representative who told me she's try to verify my phone number but its not allowing her. We tried different numbers, different accounts, and different cards and nothing would allow me to verify any. In the end she told me there's nothing she can do at this time try refunding my money with coinbase. This is the most horrible experience I've ever had with PayPal they are holding my money hostage and don't know how to verify my account to recieve my funds. I need help this is not right
