Hidden charges recieiving payments? ID 84V24763D9583804B

my first reciept of a payment i did through bank transfer to her, and she pay me back in paypal but i get 10 pounds less (she sent 150 pounds from ther account). Is there 10% hidden charges for all money sent on paypal? 

I am fishy about the product details asked, I did not sell anything.

You don't have the friends/family option in your country so all payments go as goods/services and so you pay a seller fee.

HOWEVER if it was a 'refund' then she should have used the 'refund' option and you would have had all the funds back again.

However if you did NOT pay using paypal then she could NOT use the refund option and so it would have gone as a goods/services payment and you would have had to pay the fee.
