My problem is creating a paypal account at the time I opened the account I was staying in Germany and I entered the details of my residence address in Germany. as it does not fit me with my data because I am a citizen of Albania. Based on my documentation and personal data, I request that my data be changed by verifying my documentation. I want to change my country and address as well as my mobile number and activate my VISA bank account.
