Hi, I cant access my account, PLEASE HELP ME

I have another accoun

I downloaded the mobile app from Apple store, and tried to log in to paypal, now it is showing "Sorry, we cant verify its you" in both computers and mobile phones. 

Now I have refunded money in that account, and cant access to it. PLEASE SOMONE HELP ME.
