It says I cant use my PayPal anymore. I think it is because I accidentally sent the wrong photo whole confirming my identity and I can’t seem to use my same phone number no more or make a new account is there anyway that someone can help me. My friend has sent me money and I’m trying to send it back to him but I can’t because my account is banned
Sadly if its a permanent ban then nothing that you can do about it.
If you friend used the goods/services option then tell them to open a dispute for non receipt of item to get their money back OR if they sent it using the friends / family option then the only way to get a refund is if they funded that payment via a credit card, if so see if they will chargeback for him?
