Hey, i have an other paypal account linked to a Mastercard with 28 euro on it .. And i cant login, cuz they couldnt verify me.. And i k ow all the infos, i can proof that im the owner, what should i do? I dont want to lose that money :((
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
