PayPal is so frustrating to use, so user unfriendly. I want to transfer so money to a new bank account so I go to add a new bank account but they want to send me a verification code to an old cell phone number that I no longer have. I've added my new cell number ages ago and I've set it as my main number yet there's no option to send the verification code to that number only my old number, so I though I'll just remove my old number right... Oh no, it just says it can't and to contact Customer service but you can't get hold of anyone so I'm in this loop where I can't add my new bank account. Please help.
