I made a paypal account a while ago with my main email address while I was living in Spain. Its linked with my old spanish number so I cant get into it. I have a new account with another email address because I live now in Sweden. But I got money in my old account and I cant link my email to my current email because of the spanish number. What can I do???
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
