Trying to activate an old account and don’t know my password. I can confirm through email but I can’t remember my security question answers. And the phone is my old number.

So you haven't kept your phone updated on your paypal account and can't remember the security answers to questions you chose?

You could ring customer services for help but not sure they can do anything for you.
