Hi,

I created account under gmail address and there were Philippines instead Serbia like my country. Now, I created new account with this e mail address, every step was correctly filled but I still have Philippines like my country for business and I can`t connect my bank account with Pay Pal ! Can you please help me to solve this, for me, big problem?!

As you would never be able to verify a paypal account from another country there is not a lot you can do about it apart from open one in your own country.
