depends when it was sent.

depends if it was sent.

depends how you funded the payment to the seller in the first place.

depends how long since you sent the payment that was refunded.

depends on if its pending in your paypal account.

depends if its on temp hold in your paypal account.

depends how the seller refunded ie what funding source.
