Help with getting my money from PayPal! (Stuck in Business account)

Hey there everybody!

 So many years ago when I made my PayPal I made the mistake of signing up as a business (using my band as the label The Wavelengths Enterprises) because it just sounded cool to me, however now I get wired money via Paypal for my musical gigs and when I try to pull it out it says it needs my 9 digit employer verification code (which I obv don't have). Is there any way to switch my account to a personal one or work around it so I don't lose my funds? Just trying to transfer to my bank account.

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.
You can click on help / contact bottom left of every Paypal page for contact options for your country.
