I am trying to verify my account in order to receive payments. My account and routing number were recognized but the last thing that was holding me up said “getting final details” or something like that. It had the circle going around and around indicating it was loading or searching but after two attempts and 20 min it never loaded anything and eventually my screen timed out and it went back to my homepage. Any suggestions?
