Hello, I am a seller on Depop and have always shipped my orders out using depop shipping. I usually can print out my labels from the app no problem, but for my two recent order receipts, I am taken to a page telling me to confirm my personal info in Paypal. I have had to do this before, and so I followed the instructions to verify the account, but when I went to my personal info there were no things that needed to be verified within the app. I have called and emailed Paypal but there has been no response. I really need to ship out my orders and need some help. -Sophie Carpenter
