I had someone send me money to my wrong OLD paypal account, I can not cash my money out . It wants to to verify my phone number, but I no longer have that number , and that number hasnt been assigned to anyone yet, so its not like i can call that stranger and please ask for my code . Me verifying with my email is not enough, It will not even let me get passed the phone number part. WHAT CAN I DO?
