Help: customers automatically getting refunded in error

Hi there,

 

My customers payments are being automatically refunded to them as I have a setting on my account that says I have to manually accept certain types of payments.

 

I can't figure out how to lift this on my account- can someone please help me? 

 

Customers are currently getting their products delivered and then getting full refunds as well- so not ideal! HELP!

Hi @thesway

 

I can certainly understand why this could cause frustration. Sorry about that! 

 

To fix this, use the gear icon on the top-right of your page, go to Payment preferences, and click update on Block payments. You will have the ability to turn off the Ask me feature that you are running into.
