Help accessing my account?

I changed my password using suggestion and immediately forgot it. When I went through the authorization check to change my password, I could only use my email to get the code, as the phone number linked to my account is outdated and I don't remember the number. I tried contacting customer service but the automated machine was of no help due to me needing the number to even do anything and once put on line with a real person, I was hung up on.
